Alexandra (Ali) Hitt is a business attorney who represents individuals and businesses in a wide range of corporate transactional matters, including business entity formation, real estate transactions, and employment–related issues. The employment area of her practice focuses on employee handbooks and leave policies.

Ali joined the firm in 2026 with a strong background in legal writing and contract drafting and negotiation. She spent almost four years working for a major insurance company in the Twin Cities, where she drafted the company’s product contracts, ensuring compliance with all state regulations, and filed those contracts with the state insurance departments. Ali also spent two years after law school clerking for a few judges in Hennepin County handling a wide range of civil and criminal cases.

While in law school, she gained experience both working in corporate legal departments through the Business and Compliance externships, and working as outside counsel for small businesses through the Trademarks clinic. During school, Ali also served as Co-President of the school’s American Constitution Society student chapter. She remains involved in the Twin Cities legal community through various events as well as pro-bono activities.

Ali enjoys connecting with her clients and helping them meet their business goals with ease and minimal stress.

In her personal time, Ali enjoys walking and running around the city, exploring new coffee shops, and spending time at the lakes.
