Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. continues to grow with the addition of attorney Gregory M. Miller who joined the firm as a shareholder as of February 1, 2017. Greg brings a unique blend of business, transactional, and litigation experience. He is a 1994 graduate of the William Mitchell College of Law and received his B.B.A. from the University of Wisconsin in 1991. Greg practices in the areas of commercial real estate, real estate development, land use, business start ups, corporate law, commercial litigation and tax appeals and will significantly expand the firm’s capabilities in these areas. His courtroom experience includes many victories in jury trials, court trials, and arbitration hearings and he is admitted to practice law in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. He most recently worked as a partner at a mid-sized Twin Cities business law firm.
Greg is a proud resident of Hudson, Wisconsin. In his off hours he stays busy raising five children along with a son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren. Greg’s wife has a Ph.D. in renewable energy and is a research scientist at 3M. Greg enjoys many outdoor activities such as SCUBA diving, fishing, skiing, hiking, spending time at his cabin and all things National Park-related.
TMB also welcomes Leonora M. Person as a legal assistant effective February 1. Leonora has experience in real estate transactions and litigation support.
