Greg M. Miller has a unique blend of business, transactional and litigation experience. His goal is to solve a client’s problem in the most favorable and cost-effective manner. He practices in all areas of business and real estate law. When representing clients who own businesses in transactional or litigation matters, Greg does not lose sight of the necessity of maintaining solid business practices. Greg’s ultimate goal is client profitability. Helping clients with transactions, or creative solutions to difficult situations, is the center of his practice. From over two decades of transactional and litigation experience, Greg knows when to offer the carrot and when to use the stick. Whether the goal is a successful closing, a favorable settlement, or a judgment at trial, Greg zealously advocates for his clients. Transactional clients benefit from Greg’s experience as a veteran of many real property and business transactions – both small and large. Litigation clients benefit from his extensive courtroom experience, from arbitration hearings to multi-week jury trials. Greg has also won appeals in both Minnesota and Wisconsin, including reversals of final trial court decisions.
Greg is a proud resident of Hudson, Wisconsin. In his off hours he is busy raising five children (and one son and daughter-in-law) and two grandchildren. Greg’s wife has a Ph.D. in renewable energy and is a research scientist at 3M. In addition to law, Greg enjoys pursuing many outdoor activities such as SCUBA diving, fishing, skiing, and hiking as well as all things National Park related.
