Law Clerk
Mary Fischer is a Law Clerk at Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. She graduated from the University of Minnesota in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in strategic communications and business management. She attends Mitchell Hamline School of Law and is pursuing her J.D. She is expecting to graduate from law school in May 2024.
Since joining Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A., Mary has assisted the attorneys and clients of the
Firm by performing a variety of legal research and analysis, drafting legal correspondence, reviewing documents, preparing research memos and briefs, drafting and revising pleadings, and drafting articles and marketing materials. Mary has performed extensive research regarding Minnesota’s new non-compete ban and recreational marijuana statute, analyzing the impacts of the legalization of marijuana on Minnesota’s workplace drug testing laws.
In her free time, Mary enjoys riding dressage, walking her dogs, and doing yoga. You will find her most weekends spending her time with her horses or family if she isn’t studying for law school.
