Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. welcomes associate attorney Anna M. Swiecichowski. Anna is a 2018 graduate of the University of Minnesota Law School. She practices in the areas of employment law, business law, commercial litigation, and real estate litigation.

Prior to becoming an associate attorney, Anna worked for the firm as a law clerk drafting litigation and appellate pleadings, including legal memoranda, appellate briefs, and a petition for certiorari to the Minnesota Supreme Court. As a student attorney, Anna represented low-income clients through the University of Minnesota Law School’s Bankruptcy Clinic. Anna also successfully represented the University of Minnesota Law School at the American Bar Association’s national moot court team competition. Prior to attending law school, Anna earned a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism with a minor in Business Administration.
