TMB Attorney V. John Ella will be presenting at the 2022 Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute on the topic of defamation law. His session is entitled, “Don’t Say That! Common Contexts that Can Lead to Defamation in the Workplace – and How to Avoid Them.” The presentation will be broadcast from 2:45 to 3:45 on Tuesday May 24, 2022. This year’s Upper Midwest Employment Law Institute will be a hybrid of in-person and virtual content.

V. John Ella represents both defendants and plaintiffs in the area of defamation law and has handled dozens of defamation lawsuits over the years. He is the author of Workplace Defamation Claims in Minnesota for the August 2012 issue of Bench & Bar Magazine.
