On February, 21, 2014, Craig W. Trepanier spoke about independent contractor law at Employment Law 60: The 60 Cases Every Employment Lawyer Must Know Inside and Out, a Continuing Legal Education seminar. The Minnesota State Bar Association organized and hosted the event at the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education Conference Center in Minneapolis, Minnesota. A manual containing summaries of all sixty cases that were presented at the event is available for purchase on the Minnesota Continuing Legal Education’s website.
Following the seminar, author Lisa Milam-Perez wrote an excellent summary of Craig’s presentation for the Employment Law Daily entitled, “Independent Contractor Misclassification: Five Key Cases, Four Key Tests.” To read a copy of the article, click here.
