Joni L. Spratt is a Legal Assistant and TMB’s Office Manager. A graduate from the Minnesota School of Business in 1985, she worked at Popham, Haik, Schnobrich & Kaufman from 1986 until 1997.
She then joined attorney Robert C. Moilanen in his solo practice, focusing in the area of securities law and commercial litigation. Later, Ms. Spratt and Mr. Moilanen joined the Zimmerman Reed law firm in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she provided support to its class action securities law practice.
Joni joined Trepanier & MacGillis P.A., predecessor to TMB, in 2004 as a Legal Assistant and its Office Manager. She has a wide variety of legal experience after working almost 40 years in the legal field. Joni provides paralegal support to TMB’s clients in the areas of business formation and incorporation, contract drafting, commercial litigation, discovery and litigation support, and all aspects of labor and employment law. In addition, Joni manages TMB’s administrative needs as its Office Manager, and handles hiring and training of all employees and law clerks.
Outside of work, Joni volunteers at her church and is currently co-teaching Sunday School with her daughter.
Joni and her husband Kevin enjoy visiting micro-breweries in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Colorado, traveling, listening to Jimmy Buffett music, and spending time in the summer at their lake cabin.
