WHO WE ARE:

Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A. is a dynamic Minneapolis law firm representing corporations, business owners, and executives in the areas of business law, commercial litigation, and employment law. We stand out by offering our clients practical legal advice and creative solutions at a fair price.

OUR HISTORY:

The firm was founded by Craig W. Trepanier and James C. MacGillis in 2003. In 2013, we expanded to include named shareholder Bryan R. Battina. Today, TMB has six attorneys and a talented professional staff to assist both corporate and individual clients.

WHAT WE DO:

In the area of business law, TMB represents entrepreneurs, startup companies, and established businesses ranging from sole proprietorships to publicly traded companies. We are trusted advisors and counselors. We have attorneys admitted in state and federal court in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Iowa.

LOCAL COUNSEL:

Our office is conveniently located in downtown Minneapolis adjacent to the U.S. federal courthouse and two blocks from the Hennepin County courthouse. The Firm regularly serves as local litigation counsel.
