Four Trepanier MacGillis Battina attorneys have been selected for inclusion in the 2017 Minnesota Super Lawyers® magazine. TMB shareholder James C. MacGillis has been named as a Super Lawyer in the area of Business/Corporate Law. TMB shareholders Craig W. Trepanier and V. John Ella have been named Super Lawyers in the areas of Employment & Labor Law and Employment Litigation: Defense. TMB associate attorney Shaun M. Parks has been named as a Rising Star in the Employment & Labor category.

Only five percent of the lawyers in the state are named as Super Lawyers. TMB is pleased to have fifty percent of its attorneys named to the list. The selections for Super Lawyers are made by Super Lawyers®, a Thomson Reuters service. Each year, Super Lawyers® undertakes a rigorous multi-phase selection process that includes a statewide survey of lawyers, independent evaluation of candidates, a peer review of candidates by practice area, and a good-standing and disciplinary check.

Craig has been included in Super Lawyers® for the past nine years and John has been included for the past fifteen years.
