Jim’s small group session, Post-Mortem of a Business Collapse: Lessons Learned, will take place from 2:15 pm to 3:15 pm on Monday.
In his session, Jim will discuss how employee fraud, lack of contract control, and human resource decisions forced a nationally-recognized Minnesota business to shut its doors. Additionally, Jim will provide advice on how Minnesota business attorneys can counsel owners of small and mid-size businesses to avoid similar problems.
