Discussion topics include (1) when you should not have an agreement for at-will employees; (2) special features for high-level executives; (3) restrictive covenants; (4) pros and cons of arbitration clauses; (5) common mistakes that lead to costly litigation; (6) what is an independent contractor; (7) key aspects of independent contractor agreements; and (8) negotiating contracts with staffing companies.
