Craig’s session, Minnesota Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace: the Road Ahead Part II, will take place on Tuesday, May 3, 2016 from 11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m.
In his session, Craig will discuss the Minnesota Drug and Alcohol Testing in the Workplace Act (DATWA) and the impact of the new Minnesota medical marijuana law on workplace drug testing programs. The session will also provide an overview of the elements an employer must include in its written drug testing policy before an employee or job applicant can undergo drug or alcohol testing.
