Trepanier & MacGillis and Battina Law Are Joining Forces

Trepanier & MacGillis P.A. and Battina Law, PLLC today announce the combination of their two law firms. The consolidation of the firms substantially expands Trepanier & MacGillis’s corporate, transactional, and employment law practices and Battina Law’s commercial litigation practice. The new firm will be known as Trepanier MacGillis Battina P.A.

The combination of the law firms is the result of months of negotiations and planning. Battina Law has joined Trepanier & MacGillis in its offices located in the Flour Exchange Building next to the Federal Courthouse in downtown Minneapolis.
